Beachfront oceanfront, 50 feet to the water on world famous West Bay Beach ( voted top 10 beach in the world), this condo is the only 4 bedrooms ( that sleeps 8 comfortably) unit and is the closest to the beach in the 8 unit boutique condo Coral Sands ( see photos) , large and private, best part it’s facing West, you will enjoy the most spectacular uninterrupted sunsets, you will be where all the action is, world class snorkeling 100 yards from this condo, BBQ from your private Balcony watch beach goers, fully stocked kitchen with Keurig K cup coffee machine and stove top espresso maker, cushioned beach front chairs with your name on them, waiting for you, we offer a full boutique service “from pick up to drop off”. We have 24/7 security on premises. A service that our guests love is we can arrange a private “in condo" Covid testing by a doctor for your required fit to fly for your return. Our gourmet chef can prepare breakfast in bed, lunch or romantic dinners at sunset if you choose, Do you like fresh fish? Sushi? You have come to the right place! Best part of we are one of only a few private condos on West Bay Beach that have a FULL LOAD GENERATOR, so if/when the power goes out and everyone else is in the dark you will have full power 24/7 (many rentals in Roatan do not have a full power generator yet and most guests find that out later when they are in the dark) We are an at your service any day or night management team. Our manager lives close by and is available 24/7 to help you with anything you may need, we are not on-site so we can be there at a moment’s notice to assist you, book any excursions for you, like my favorites a boat trip to Cayos Cochinos (highly recommended) or snorkeling, scuba diving, zip lining, massages, monkey zoo, Horse back riding, swim with the dolphins, glass bottom boat, Parasailing, restaurant reservations and recommendations ( into Roatan’s hottest restaurants), fishing trip charters, sight seeing to, Utilla , Mayan ruins of Copan, GumbaLimba park, mangroves tour, and FYI, water taxi’s to West End are available right outside your front door 20 yards away, go to West End for lunch or dinner and come back on a water taxi, fun and it only cost $2 per person each way. Have pets? We accept pets for an additional fee for derp cleaning. This rate is based on 6 guests, each addition guest up to 8 is $50 per night each for a max total of ($350 per week) for 7 guests and $100 per night each ($700 per week) additional for 8 guests. 8 is out maximum occupancy. Accessible to restaurants and watersports, the best snorkeling reef. The condo was well designed, had a well equipped kitchen, beach towels provided , sun loungers too. The icing on the cake is the patio with its amazing views and comfy seating . There were 6 of us and we all felt we had plenty of space. We would come back in a heartbeat. The second floor unit is the closest of all the units to the beach and being on the second floor gives you a better view away and from annoying sand flea bites! Amenities are in good shape. Bedrooms toilets are weirdly designed with glass blocks, not very private.It was very dirty when we arrived. After complaint, house management sent a new cleaner to fix it. It is the only unit of the condo that does not have front access to the beach. The only one you have to go all around the building to get inside. And this corridor had a very strong urine scent.Night guard is of no use. Did not know anything, of no help.Furniture dated, poor showers, slippery floors.Just in front of the beach, good part of the strip. A little noisy for relaxation but close to restaurants and shops.The pictures on the site are more interesting than reality. The location is excellent, several good restaurants on the beach and Kristi's is just up the street. Several small grocery stores within walking distance. Snorkeling is right offshore, there is a protected area next to the pier. We went several times, including at night! This is the place to stay if you like the beach and water sports. It was everything the reviews had said it was. Great location-Right on the beach!, perfect host, great communication. Rides to and from the airport were arranged. They even stopped at a grocery store for us to stock up on food and beverages. Everything was simple for my first trip to Roatan. So many great restaurants and local food options within walking distance made the trip enjoyable. Water taxi to West End, Snorkeling. This place has it all. We will be back! It was our first time to Roatan and will be back. The view was amazing and the condo was clean. Ana did great at responding when we needed her and helped with anything we needed. The pictures of the unit do it no justice, its very pretty and modern. The manager was very responsive and easy to get ahold of. The security on the property were very accommodating and helpful. The location couldn't have been any better. Beautiful view on fantastic West Bay beach with walk-in snorkeling and a short water taxi away from funky, fun West End. The apartment was spacious, nicely furnished, clean, and equipped with everything you need (only bring personal items like soap, shampoo, etc). It is also in a somewhat quieter section of the beach than the big resorts. There were always ample lounge chairs out front and a friendly atmosphere among condo guests. The security guards were super nice. We felt completely safe. Far safer than on some other Caribbean islands. This condo was perfect for our family. The location was great, right on West Bay Beach with amazing views. It was easy to get in and out of if you had a car (we did not, nor do you need one). Security present 24/7 made us feel even better with our teenagers, and we were even able to keep paddleboards and snorkel gear right down by the beach without issue. The condo was clean and well-equipped with basic amenities, full kitchen, grill, and washer/dryer. Plenty of safe drinking water is available as well as internet. The manager was easily available and answered all of our questions, even set up transportation. The owner was also available and helped with some You are next to Infinity Bay resort, but the people were not intrusive at all. The best snorkeling starts at Infinity Bay so the location is ideal. If you head out in the other direction, there is a small grocery store and several restaurants/bars with plenty of live music. It was not a crazy party atmosphere, just everyone relaxing and enjoying the beach. The 1st morning we were there the front door shattered, it was extremely windy and it slammed itself. We reached out to the property manager and she was not polite initially, she later came around and stopped the aggressive behavior. Coral Sands is the perfect location with easy walking to the snorkeling reefs and lots of restaurant choices. Anita arranged for a taxi service to pick up from airport and stop at the main grocery store. I highly recommend as the mini-marts in West Bay are a lot smaller with not as much fresh produce/meats. There was a security guard at both the front and back of the property, felt safe. It seemed most all the West Bay properties had security. Condo unit was beautiful. Kitchen well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioning worked great. Nice showers. Bottled water connected to fridge was really nice. Taxis, water taxi, beach vendors all took US $, not credit cards, so plan on having some cash. The place is amazing. The location on the beach is perfect and the views/sunsets are world-class! Anita (property manager) was fantastic to woek with. She answered ALL of our questions both before and during our stay amazingly fast. The beach is right out front, just steps away, and is perfect for swimming and snorkeling. Our kids loved it and had so much fun. There are restaurants and shops all within walking distance. I had stayed here previously with my family about 12 years ago, and it was pretty much the same as I remembered it. The property manager, Anita, was very communicative and available whenever we reached out. The central A/C went out right before we arrived, so we had a couple days of just A/C in the bedrooms while Anita worked to find a solution. She got a crew in on our third day and had a new split installed in the living room. This is one of the best locations you can stay in West Bay -- top floor, closest to the beach, but down the beach far enough where it feels private. Just steps to the beach and 24 hour security was comforting. The unit is dated and not as clean as we would have hoped for.... Sand everywhere, but you are on the beach.
