“A smooth welcome. The facilities were average.Sufficient space for the number of people staying.Importantly, there were plenty of shady spots around the house to sit.The pool was excellent.”

“Well appointed property. We were 3 adults and a dog and the house was large enough and comfortable.The town of Cocconato has restaurants and grocery store all walking distance from house. A good base for visiting all the major towns/villages of Piedmont. Excellent communication with host.”

“We visited this house with four youngsters (18-21) and two dogs and we enjoyed the enormous space in and around the house. The swimmingpool was great. The whirlpool wasn't heated so we only could use that between 3 and 5 PM. Than the automatically refreshing of the water started and it went cold. But when one knows this, one adapts... Really great was the big room with the table tennis, table football and pool table. Even at the hottest hour of the day you could play there if you wanted. Around……

La vecchia casa è molto spaziosa e perfettamente pulita. L'arredamento è semplice, ma non manca nulla. I letti hanno materassi nuovi e robusti e abbiamo dormito benissimo.
