"We had a great stay at Beausoleil this past weekend. The venue boasted a comfortable, nicely furnished suite, well-kept grounds and an abundance of birdlife. "Lovely location and setting and welcoming staff but that’s where the positives ended. Room was a disappointment; fire place but no wood for it, no heater and air con did not heat room room so we were cold. Shower was in the room and did not have a shower door so shower flooded the room and walkway to the main reception area was uneven and poorly lit. Pity as could be a great hotel. "
