“I had a mixed experience during my recent stay. Upon arrival, I waited at the front desk for over 20 minutes before anyone appeared to assist me. When an employee finally showed up, I inquired about an early check-in (just by one hour) and was abruptly told it was not possible. Based on the photos online, I anticipated a charming, antique, and older aesthetic. However, the room did not meet basic cleanliness standards.
