“The house was as advertised and was perfect for our 2 night stay. It was clean and the neighborhood was great to walk our dogs. While we did not take advantage of things to do in the area because we were there for a family event, there are many things to do. We did enjoy bagels from Bagel Bakery in Monticello. ”

“Ample space for food prep and cooking (multiple ovens). Ample space for dining. Comfortable beds. Great lighting. Some reviews claimed there were too many rules, but I didn't find that to be the case. only discrepancy I found was the posting indicated a full-size bed in the game room and a twin bed with trundle in a separate bedroom. “Wanted a convenient location in Judson Valley to get family together and enjoy hiking, cooking and enjoying each other. House and facilities were great, clean and as advertised. Plenty of space, great pool, grill, kitchen. Host was available for all issues and very flexible and generous. Perfect stay”

“This is an "upgraded" camping experience! A peaceful setting for outdoor living, exceptionally private. Super convenient to Minnewaska. Everything you need amd exactly as described, plenty of seating for a larger group and sleeping tent/yurt makes inclement weather less of a concern than a regular tent or backpacking setup. Definitely stay here!”

“Great experience- there was an app issue so when we arrived the trailer we booked was not available so the owner upgraded us to the private pool house at no charge. Great customer service and recommend the pool house!”

“We had an amazing stay here!!! We came up for a family wedding, stayed with 5 adults and 4 kids and we all fit very comfortably. The house is in immaculate condition, very clean and renovated nicely. The living room is my favorite with the huge windows that face out into the woods. Each room is very comfortable, and the kitchen and bathrooms are equipped with everything you need. I communicated with the host before my stay and they responded quickly and kindly. Would highly recommend this place!……
