“The place wasn’t bad, it was close to what we needed for the weekend. There was no curtain on the front door which was a little odd since the home owners were on property and could see right in if they walked past. While the place wasn’t “dirty” there were a lot of flies especially in the bathroom. I’d say over 20 flies. Overall the stay wasn’t bad in anyway but I probably would book something else if I’m ever in the area again.”

“The host was extremely attentive to any questions or needs. Excellent and immediate communication. Good, quiet location between Islip airport and Port Jefferson. The size of the unit was very adequate for two people. Bathroom was clean and adequately stocked with towels and wash cloths.The reason for 2 stars is we thought the apartment was not very clean from floor to ceiling. This apartment has huge potential to be very cute. In my option, it needs an entire over haul.”

“It worked for us while we were at the US Open. We were gone ever day, and some days didn’t get back till late. We ate a few meals in the apartment, and had enough kitchen accoutrements to handle our meal. The shower worked well and we had enough towels, although they were old. Our bed and pillows and bed linens worked well for us. The AC worked well, although it wasn’t a hot week. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. There were plenty of restaurants, grocery stores etc. nearby. This is……
