Up and down 3 floors from game room to kitchen to cook. 11 people, had to throw out food that we could not store. Main living tv missing from checkin and never replaced. Multiple emails and two visits to the office, all they do is take your number and don’t call back. Multiple broken items and lack of cooking pans for large group. Beds are hard. ##### Amanda W.
