“Our check-in was not smooth...we arrived at 1pm after a very long flight then a train from Zurich to Strasburg, so up almost 24 hours. We went to the front desk and was brusquely told by the woman we could not check-in until 3pm. The apartment was clean, enough for 4 people. The only point was that the code for entrance of parking didn’t work and we were blocked inside the parking.
