Good enough hotel to stay briefly.reasonable prices. Close to fort Leonard wood. We went to a graduation last week.

We thought the hotel was good considering the price. There were little things like a loud exhaust fan in the bathroom, but overall we thought things were fine for an overnight stay on a long road trip.

Newly updated from our last visit. The staff was very friendly & helpful. Close to Ft Leonard Wood. Will stay there again if needed. Worth it!!

We came back to the room after getting our daughter settled at the hospital. It was about 10am, we were going to gather up our food and belongings. First, our keys had been deactivated. Second, all our stuff was gone, thankfully only the food and clothes. Desk clerk tried to give US $30 for missing items. I filed a complaint with best western.

Check in was smooth and easy. The room was comfortable and clean minus a few hairs in the bathtub and there were ants on the counter/sink. The rooms are all in a strip and doors are to the outside kind of like a motel but still nicer.

Pros: There were rooms available, and breakfast was included.
Cons: Door locks need overhaul, cleaning staff needs to be alert to malfunctions.
Location: It was close to Ft. Leonard Wood and the PX.
Our stay was a last minute decision, and it was OK. The breakfast was actually pretty good. The toilet in my room wouldn't flush. Management would have moved me, I'm sure, but I was ready for bed and chose not to complain.. I did wonder how the cleaning staff failed to notice that the toilet was not working, however. The door locks were difficult to open. Otherwise, the facility was pleasant enough.
