Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, communication

The people were so kind, but the property was so bad. It is very old and worn. It is on a nice stretch of beach but it is littered with trash, broken chairs, tires, etc. I feel bad leaving this review, but it didn't have to be like this. Old is ok if it is clean and cared for. This property was not.
