Conveniently located but the restroom was uncomfortable. The air duct had no flow, vent to air duct was broken. Restroom felt like a sauna and the toilet was leaking. Did not report to the front desk as they were busy checking in other customers. So I was acknowledged by the receptionist and since I was only checking out, handing over the room keys, and I paid using a third party, I was told that I would receive the receipt online which I believe this why I was not asked how was my stay because we didn’t have to interact more.

The front desk staff was amazing. I stayed in the West Tower and the room was very nice. The only issue we had was the restaurant Walker's Exchange wasn't open. I wanted a Kentucky Hotbrown so that was disappointing.
