The entrance to the building is located on a private road closed to vehicle traffic, thereby giving enviable silence to all the apartments. The front door of the building is accessed by climbing a ramp of 8 steps and the entrance to the apartment is in the entrance hall. The apartment consists of a bright bedroom, a kitchen, a large living room, a bathroom with large masonry shower and a study with a wardrobe capable of accommodating everything you need. The apartment: very comfortable, with outdoor space as large as the apartment itself. With all the windows open, there was a constant breeze every day. A great place to sleep in and eat a leisurely breakfast before hitting the city. The location: It’s within 5-10 minutes of bus stops that will take you all around Rome; 15 minutes from the Metro; and a 20 minute walk from the colosseum. And there are some fantastic restaurants in the area - some of the best eating we experienced during our week in Rome. The host: very generous and very kind. All-in-all a great experience. Schön gestaltet hat sich unser Morgen und Abend dort abgespielt und hat uns für das Erkunden von Rom gestärkt. Die Wohnung selber ist sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig ausgestattet und war trotz der herrschenden Sommerhitze immer angenehm kühl. Die Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe der Lateranbasilika und der Metrostation St. Giovanni, perfekt um öffentlich zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu fahren. Wir sind aber auch mehrmals abends zurück gelaufen um die Atmosphäre von Rom bei Nacht zu genießen. Es gibt gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und nette Bars in der Nähe.
