It satisfied what I needed, which was a place to sleep, a good shower, and close to the train station. This place isn’t really a hotel – – it’s more like they bought an apartment and then split it up into rooms. The gentleman at reception met me at the door and carried my luggage up which I very much appreciated. Staffs are helpful and friendly. Bed is comfortable. The location is very convenient, nearby many restaurants and metro train station. There is a big shopping center in the train station. The only thing that I wish the property had is the elevator. We had a terrible experience at this place. First of all, this cannot even be called an hotel. It is on the fourth floor of some shady apartment building, with no elevator... When we got to our room it was warm and smelly, in addition the toilet seat was stained. There was no warm water in the shower, and the shower head was broken. We gave them the benefit of the doubt because of the price, however we ended up having to book another hotel because after coming back from lunch the staff had been to our room and turned the AC off and opened the windows, in 32 degrees weather! The day before the manager called and said that Expidia made a mistake amd that I needed to pay $100.00 more or he would have to cancel my booking. I tried to fiend another hotel but there were either booked or the prices were too high, so I paid the extra $100\. The hotel is close to the termini station, but its located in a side road and the sign is stick to the wall so you can't see it. I call the manager and he came out. I got a 4th floor and they have no elevator. The room smelled bad, the air conditioner was not working. I told the manager and he said that ge was going to take care of it, but he did not. Watch out when you are going to take a shower because the hot water just last between 30 to 45 seconds. After that, the water turns so cold that makes you believe you are taking a shower in the north pole. I don"t like to give bad reviews but this place gave me no option.
