The room was very clean including the bathroom, breakfast is included and they offer yogurt, water bottles, toast, croissants etc. We stayed 2 nights and the second day they refill everything for breakfast and cleaned the room. The room wasn’t super clean and the bathroom had a weird smell. The bathroom’s wall and ceiling were painted black, which made it incredibly dark as there were no windows. There was a lack of explanation about the different keys on the keychain and how after hours works. My first night I was locked out of the building for 15-20 minutes because one of the keys fit in the front door but didn’t unlock it. I had to call the number listed on the door 4-5 times before someone answered and provided me with a code to get in. They do give you a croissant for breakfast every day, but I usually didn’t get mine until the evening due to leaving early for tours. Wenn was ist sind sie direkt drauf eingegangen und waren jederzeit erreichbar! Es gab jeden Morgen ein cornetto und der Kühlschrank wurde auch jeden Tag aufgefüllt. Das einzige war Papierrollenhalter und Ablage in deer Dusche waren nicht mehr fest. Ansonsten super Zimmer gemütliche Betten, Schrank vorhanden. Centrally located. Walkable to the metro and bus. In the Prati district, close to shopping and lots of restaurants. Walking distance to a laundromat, self service or full service. No breakfast breakfast, but they do give croissants, jams, nutella, honey, fruits, juices, room is equipped with teas and a nespresso machine. And Water. That they refill everyday complimentary. The only con is the room door needs to be lifted slightly while locking. Which can be a little tricky. Communication with the property was 100% smooth.
