What was promised online per the listing —four bedrooms, luxury amenities, working appliances, and a clean, safe environment—was absolutely false. There was only one real bedroom and a broken pullout sofa (not the one pictured), which didn’t even lay flat. The safe was broken, internet didn’t work for over 24 hours, and the coffee maker was unusable. Worse, my children were bitten by bed bugs, and my daughter developed ringworm after sleeping on the infested sofa. We were forced to share the one bed the first night due to the unsafe and misleading setup. The management told me it was a misquito......which it was not. Despite only staying two of the five nights, both Amazing Colossal and Expedia are refusing to refund the remainder. This was not just a disappointing experience—it was a health and safety risk, and the FALSE advertising was blatantly deceptive. I am escalating this to my credit card company and warning others to stay far away from this property and these companies. This was far from luxury—it was a total scam. Great location, old but clean apartment, expensive but smooth check in, overall it looked promising. Then I ended up staying there freezing and shivering for two nights. The story is long and I suggest you check it on google as there is not enough characters allowed here. DO NOT LET THE GREAT LOCATION FOOL YOU, unless you are cool with being left frozen in the cold or hot in the summer. We literally had the Colosseum right outside the window. It is a unique experience. The staff was very friendly, responsive, and very helpful.
