And of course, access is easy thanks to the building's elevator. My apartment on Via Ferruccio is a refined apartment: two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a terrace. Please note that there are three steps to access the kitchen and terrace (see photo). All the comforts: air conditioning, heating, internet, and TV. It can accommodate 4 people + 2\. Well connected to public transportation, the subway, and services. A comfortable private terrace awaits you, where you can enjoy breakfast al fresco, read a book, or simply relax under the Roman sky. Despite its central location, the apartment enjoys extraordinary tranquility: ideal for those seeking rest, concentration, or simply a relaxing stay away from the chaos of the city.
