This is a complicated review. I learned a lot about this property during my stay. For example I won’t stay in room 402 again. Too much elevator noise and the room next to me was a family room with several different families staying in that room during my stay. They were so loud constantly slamming doors at midnight while I’m trying to sleep. In room 402 the bathroom could use better lighting in the shower and maybe a few shelves in the wall which was bare. It would have been nice to have the shelves instead of turning off the radiator and using it to put my toiletries bag on. The single rooms are just too small for this Texas boy. Note the staff is a while other story. The front desk staff was always professional and more than willing to go out of their way to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Their English was great and they were so patient when I tried to speak Italian. I really enjoyed my interactions with them. They made the trip for me. I would stay again but only in a family room

Lovely small hotel just like on pictures, friendly staff, a little of the way but if you looking for peace and quiet is perfect, lots of restaurants close by, the only downside was that there wasn’t a bar serving drinks in the hotel only game room perfect for families to entertain

Front desk was fantastic and room was great - clean, comfortable, with lots of space. Very happy with the location - close the Vatican and about a 30 min walk to the Trevi Fountain. Restaurants close to the hotel were excellent.

Walking distance to Vatican City and St.Petro Basilica. Convenient store cross street for groceries, bus stop a few meters down street, train station one block away with free water fountain to replenish, super friendly staff, thank you Alessandra for all the help and attention provided. A estadia no hotel foi maravilhosa. A experiência começou antes mesmo da minha chegada a Roma. Contatei o hotel pra avisar que chagaríamos após meia noite, e eles arranjaram um translado do aeroporto pro hotel, que saiu mais barato e aparentemente mais seguro do que pegar um táxi no aeroporto. O hotel fica dentro do que me parece um condomínio fechado, então pode ser um pouco difícil de achar. Ótimo atendimento, quartos super limpos, e fomos colocados em um quarto com uma vista sensacional para a catedral de São Pedro. Hotel fica próximo ao Vaticano, então não é tão próximo aos outros pontos turísticos de Roma como o coliseu e fórum romano, por exemplo. Porém há transporte público passando quase na porta do hotel e é possível ir aos outros pontos turísticos usando apenas um ônibus. Se um dia retornar a Roma, com certeza me hospedaria nesse hotel novamente.
