Très bonne situation mais un peu bruyant

Grand appartement traversant de 140m2. Très bien situé au centre de Rome (81 via Giulia), à deux pas des principaux monuments. Idéal pour une famille qui veut découvrir la ville. Bon accueil par Cécilia. L'ambiance est particulière car la décoration ressemble à celle d'un musée. Certains équipements sont fonctionnels mais anciens, notamment la cuisine. La salle à manger est bruyante car elle est située au dessus d'un café/discothèque qui ferme en principe à minuit. Heureusement les 3 chambres sont éloignées mais il y a quand même un peu de bruit.

Estancia en Cecilia Suites

La estancia fue problemática. Para empezar era un grupo de 4 apartamentos y en el que nos alojamos no se correspondía con las fotos que habíamos visto. Deberían aparecer las fotos del apartamento que vas a contratar y no las del mejor o todas mezcladas, pues no sabes realmente dónde te vas a ubicar. Por otra parte estaba en la zona restringida al tráfico con lo cual no había forma de encontrar ningún tipo de aparcamiento, aspecto que tampoco estaba claro en la información del alojamiento (incluso se veía la foto de unos aparcamientos gratuitos.....). El apartamento en el que estuvimos la primera noche era demasiado pequeño para las cinco personas que lo habíamos contratado y afortunadamente nos cambiamos al día siguiente a uno mayor pero los baños eran demasiado pequeños (alrededor de 1,5m2 y 2,5m2)y muy incomodos. Tampoco había ningún tipo de climatización, solo dos ventiladores y teniendo en cuenta que se estaba a 38º, hacía el disfrute del alojamiento muy complicado Entre los aspectos positivos están que las habitaciones eran cómodas y bien amuebladas,salvo una que era muy pequeña, estaban muy limpias y la ubicación del apartamento era muy buena. En resumen, que la valoración global de la estancia es aceptable ya que la información del alojamiento es muy mejorable, para que el viajero pueda adecuar el viaje a las características reales del apartamento y así no tener problemas inesperados que podrían haberse evitado eligiendo otro tipo estancia.

Be wary, read my review.

The Accomodation that we actually ended up with was fine, and the man running the place was very helpful. The issue we had was that the Accomodation we were given was not what we booked or what was advertised. It was at a different location and was actually a different owner all together. We were not informed of any issues, only told to go to a different location. We did not have the kitchen or any form of cookware that was advertised nor the WiFi in the lobby. We only got WiFi in our room as the owner gave up his personal WiFi dongle (very kind of him). It did not have the advertised DVD player, coffee maker, ironing board, block out shutters, separate sitting area (the Accomodation was very cramped), fridge or housekeeping. To top it off, we were charged a 30 euro 'cleaning' fee even though in our 4 night stay, nothing was cleaned, no sheets were changed and no bin was emptied. The way in which it is charged means it does not contribute to the hotels.com rewards program. If you Google this Accomodation, you will see that Google maps reports it is permanently shut. As to whether it is actually operating anymore or just being used for advertising, I do not know. Be wary if you book here.

A really nice guesthouse with a brilliant location

The guesthouse was clean, spacious (except the bathroom, which was a bit on the small side for a 6'2" guy), and comfortable. With two separate bedrooms, a nicely appointed living area and decent kitchen, it was everything we could have hoped for. The location was phenomenal as well -- 10-15 minutes on foot to most of the major sites in central Rome, right next door to Frigidarium (gelato!) and easy to get to/from from Fiumicino using the SITbus. My only two complaints about it were very minimal, and I kind of expect them when traveling: the bathroom was a bit on the small side. I had to hunch over when walking in the room, because the ceiling sloped quite a bit and the room as a whole was less than 6' tall. This is not unusual in my experiences traveling, and given the overall comfort of the place didn't detract from my stay the street noise was a little distracting at night. I was in the center of Rome. It's to be expected. It made it a little tough to initially go to sleep, but once asleep I didn't have a problem. Besides, if you're walking all over Rome and seeing everything and having fun, then you should be exhausted enough that it won't matter.

dont go there until u dont care about comfort

Garage like, apartment, hidden charge for cleaning 30 euro where wasnt that clean. bed so so tv very small but no channels only broke dvd player so no chance for watching tv. Owner didnt care about it at all. some left overs like toaletries for next customers. Only location perfect. But at nights very noisy its like sleeping outside on the street.
