    THE HOUSE se encuentra a menos de dos minutos a pie del metro 'Metro A', en el céntrico distrito Appio-Latino.
    Llegará fácilmente a la cercana Basílica de San Giovanni in Laterano (4 paradas, 8 minutos), la colina Esquilina (cerca del Coliseo, 5 paradas, 10 minutos), y luego la estación de Termini, Via Veneto, Piazza di Spagna, Fontana de Trevi, el Panteón, San Pedro, los Museos Vaticanos y la Línea B para el Foro Romano y el Circo Máximo.
    Experimentarás Roma desde una posición privilegiada.

    LA CASA, de 65 metros cuadrados, dos balcones, se encuentra en el 3er piso (con ascensor) y tiene capacidad para hasta 5 personas. El mobiliario se estudia en detalle. Entrada, cocina bien equipada, baño (ducha), sala de estar (con sofá cama doble), amplio dormitorio (con cama doble y sillón cama), balcón con vistas al parque Appia Antica, balcón en el patio. Aire acondicionado tanto en el dormitorio como en el salón. TV, parquet.

    El Appio-Latino es un distrito central, vivo y auténtico, porque habitado y vivido por los romanos. Ofrece todos los servicios y es particularmente apreciado por los romanos y los turistas que aman caminar entre los escaparates.
    Cerca de la casa hay muchos restaurantes, típicas trattorias, pizzerías y restaurantes de comida rápida. Te mostraremos los mejores lugares.

    NOTAS:
    - Posibilidad de traslado desde el aeropuerto de Fiumicino y Ciampino.
    - En casa hay un mapa mural de Roma, muy útil para planificar sus visitas.
    - El precio publicado incluye todos los consumos (electricidad, gas, calefacción, aire acondicionado, wifi).
    - No incluye la contribución a tanto alzado de 40 € para la limpieza final de la casa y para el lavado de las sábanas y toallas suministradas por nosotros.
    - En el momento de la reserva se requiere un depósito de aproximadamente el 30%. El saldo se pagará en efectivo y solo a la llegada a la casa.

We loved the place. Corner cafe below was great, and proximity to transportation was super helpful. Fernando was very nice, helpful and accommodating. We highly recommend and would love to come back.

Alles was wir entsprechend der Anzeige erwarten konnten, wurde bei dem Aufenthalt erfüllt: Freundlicher, kommunikativer Gastgeber, ein praktisch eingerichtetes, sauberes und geräumiges Appartement. Auch die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist ausgezeichnet! Für einen Großstadtaufenthalt kann es kaum besser sein!

Great location - close to metro - bus 87 (steps away from apartment) took us everywhere we wanted to go (Major tourist attractions). A/C worked beautifully during the Heatwave!!!!!!!

The apartment was clean and felt comfortable. It had everything we needed. Fernando was extremily helpful with our check in. The area had all the shops and cafes close by. The close proximity of the metro made exploring Rome a breeze

We had a wonderful stay in Rome ! Everthing was perfect for us; from the communication with the owner before our arrival and the warm reception at the apartment. Grazie mille to you both !The apartment is spacious, clean and well equipped. The neighborhood is great and the metro is a short walk away. If we find ourselves going back to Rome I would hope the apartment would be available again !

The property was absolutely perfect for our week's stay in Rome for the first time. The host Fernando was incredibly helpful, informative and friendly. The apartment was immaculate, beds were very comfy and there being two small balconies was perfect for soaking in the morning & evening sun. I would gladly stay here again! :)

We had a great stay. The apartment is very clean and the bed is comfortable. Check-in was very professional, welcoming and flawless. The apartment is light and airy. The neighborhood is quiet (which is a welcome change from the historical district), but has lots of restaurants and markets, and is convenient to busses and metro. We are already planning our next stay!

Overall Excellent Stay

Spacious and very clean apartment in a great location. Easy access to metro and buses to quickly get to sites, yet also surrounded by non-touristy restaurants to escape the crowds. Fernando and Davide were excellent hosts, providing so much information, help and recommendations that made our stay so much easier. Highly recommend!

Great apartment easy access to everything. Bus stop right by apartment entrance and metro right around the corner. Fernando came down to the street and helped us with parking too.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Fernando’s property with our 10-month-old child. The location was excellent, especially the proximity to the metro line, and having supermarkets, bakeries, and restaurants nearby was extremely convenient.Communication with the hosts was excellent from the start. Fernando provided helpful advice on how to reach the apartment from the airport and kindly supplied a high chair and baby cot upon request. The check-in process was smooth — we were welcomed at the apartment, shown around, and given great recommendations for local restaurants and places to visit in Rome.The flat was clean, quiet, and very well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed, including condiments, spices, and coffee. The lift for bringing luggage upstairs and the two balconies were also a lovely bonus.We would definitely recommend Fernando’s place to anyone looking to stay in a local neighbourhood with easy access to the busy and historic city centre of Rome.

Super séjour à Rome !

Great VRBO in residential Rome

Close to Metro, close to wide open space of a city Park Get a real experience of local Rome residents. convenient supermarkets restaurants Sport shopping just up the main road. I enjoyed this as a base for exploring Rome Good info given on arrival which was very smooth

Beautiful spot

The apartment is very clean and in a terrific neighborhood. It is conveniently located close to many restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, and public transportation stops. Would totally recommend!

Great stay

Everything was great at this place. It was clean, local close to everything close to train stations, bus station. There is a park nearby so the kids could play. The host was really nice and helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this place.!!!

The unit was just right for the two of us. The unit was clean and Aleesha provided excellent checkin and explanation of unit. Metro was close by and walkable. Very nice convenience store below building. Excellent Aperol spritz in the hot afternoon sun. Very few tourists in the area where building was located, would definitely recommend the unit for others.

Accueil très chaleureux et professionnel de Fernando. Il parle très bien Français et donne d'excellents conseils afin d'optimiser les journées, transports, promenades, commerces et restaurations alentour.L'appartement est très confortable, ensoleillé, calme et situé dans un quartier vivant et animé, très bien desservi.Excellent séjour que nous recommandons pour tous dans cette ville exceptionnelle.

Very clean apartment with everything we needed. A very warm welcome from Fernando and as it was our first visit to Rome he gave us lots of information about the area, travel tips and the overall handover was very thorough and thoughtful. Good selection of supermarkets and shops nearby and a really lovely cafe downstairs. Bus at the end of the road which takes you to all the main sightseeing areas and is much easier and nicer than taking the metro (which is also a short walk away for those who prefer something a little quicker). So nice to be able to sit in the balcony and watch the world go by!
