Sylvia and Ryan at the front desk were both lovely. Hotel is in a great location. The breakfast was offered around the corner and was overlooking the Coliseum. This is our second time staying here and would stay again.

Best place to stay near the colosseum. Staff was helpful and provided suggestions. Easy access to train station. View from rooftop is beautiful. Room was clean and had great air conditioning. Small balcony had table and chairs so you could relax outside.

This property is a small private hotel of 4 rooms. It is in an exellent location on a 4th floor of a residentail building . The staff is excellent and the rooms are super nice. My only comment is initially it is difficult to locate. A great experience.

Don’t hesitate to book this hotel! The location is truly incredible with the colosseum at your doorstep and restaurants around every corner. Our reservation had breakfast included at the oppio cafe (however note that the breakfast place does not cater to food allergies so unfortunately I couldn’t eat there). The location is really the biggest perk, the rooms are nice and spacious and the staff are kind. The areas they could improve is cleanliness and attentiveness. They didn’t restock our toilet paper and were a bit pushy about us reusing our towels. The hallway leading to our room always had bags full of dirty laundry and housekeeping items on the ground that we had to step over to get to our room which isn’t a big deal but does make the value feel lower. Overall would definitely book again, the view of the colosseum is breathtaking but the service could be improved a little. A solid 4/5 stars

Friendly staff, very clean room. Great bathroom. Fun little elevator. This place is located right beside the Colosseum, it is in a very walkable location. There is lots of noise in the streets outside, but then you close the windows and SILENCE. It was fantastic and we had an excellent stay! Thank you

Minha estadia no Colosseum Hotel foi muito agradável. O grande destaque do hotel é a localização excelente, muito próxima ao Coliseu e a vários outros pontos históricos importantes de Roma, o que facilita bastante explorar a cidade a pé. O quarto é confortável, bem organizado e muito limpo, perfeito para descansar depois de um dia inteiro caminhando pela cidade. Um detalhe muito especial foi que nosso quarto tinha uma vista lateral para o Coliseu, o que tornou a experiência ainda mais marcante. Outro ponto muito positivo é o rooftop do hotel, que oferece uma vista linda da cidade e um ambiente muito agradável para relaxar no final do dia. O atendimento da equipe também foi ótimo, sempre muito educados, simpáticos e prestativos. Foi uma estadia muito boa em Roma e com certeza recomendaria para quem quer ficar em uma localização privilegiada e viver um pouco da atmosfera histórica da cidade.

We had a group that ended up booking all the rooms in the flat! They view from the rooftop terrace was beautiful. The hotel was easy to access. Clean and organized!
