Design apartment (70 m2) - Spanish Steps

  • Located in Rome, a few steps from the Spanish Steps and a 2-minute walk from Via dei Condotti, Propaganda Suites offers an apartment with satellite TV, free Netflix service and free WiFi.

    The unit features air-conditioned interiors, 2 bathrooms with free toiletries, fluffy bathrobes and slippers, kitchenette and dining area. 2 king size beds (one is a convertible bed / sofa bed).

    Propaganda Suites boasts a partial view of the Spanish Steps, 20 meters away. You will also find the Spagna Metro Station 250 meters away and Via del Corso a 4-minute walk away.

    Spain is a great choice for travelers interested in shopping, food and city walks. This area of Rome is a favorite with our guests, based on independent reviews. This area is also perfect for shopping. You will find brands such as: Cartier, Gucci, Prada, Burberry, Louis Vuitton.

Loved this apartment. Location right next to Spanish Steps, many restaurants, great shopping and taxis right out your door. Would stay here again easily

Location can’t be beat!

We enjoyed our four night stay at this apartment. Very clean and spacious and comfortable. Great water pressure in the showers. Kitchen is an efficiency so don’t plan on cooking much (it was perfectly fine for us just and FYI for others). Easy walking distance not just to Spanish Steps but also Trevi Fountain and Pantheon. Great rental and we would stay again!

Beautiful apartment in a great location.

This apartment is at the end of the plaza for the Spanish Steps. The steps are maybe 300 feet away. The street is quiet, but there are wonderful restaurants everywhere, especially if you turn right out of the front door and go down the next side street. The apartment itself is lovely, very up to date and modern and clean. Everything was very well handled. Definitely recommend.
