The property is located in an area well connected by public transport, just 300 meters from the metro line B Garbatella and 900 meters from Roma Ostiense Station. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and three balconies. REGIONAL CODE: 058091-LOC-13612 NATIONAL CODE: IT058091C2ABHHUYS3 The internal space is composed as follows: \- BEDROOM I with double bed (1.60x1.90 m), wardrobe, chair, desk, Split A/C and access to the balcony; \- BEDROOM II with two single beds (0.90x1.90 m), wardrobe, chair, desk, Split A/C and access to the balcony; \- LIVING ROOM with sofa, Smart TV, table with chairs and Split A/C; \- KITCHEN with gas hob (4 burners), dining table and chairs, fridge with freezer, moka, electric kettle, electric oven, toaster, kitchen utensils, wine glasses and access to the balcony; \- BATHROOM with raised shower cubicle, sink, bidet and WC; \- THREE BALCONIES with access from the bedrooms and the kitchen; FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited WIFI, central heating with valves, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer. PLEASE NOTE: \-Building NOT equipped with a lift (steps to access); \-Raised shower box; \-Quiet hours: 22.00-8.00 and 14.00-16.00 The entire apartament is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay. The apartment has a self check-in system, so you will be able to access it on by yourself with the personal link that we will provide a few days before your arrival. Please note: completing the ID registration and online check-in porcess is MANDATORY in order to receive the instructions and access the apartment. In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active only until 11:30 pm. Upon check-in, cash payment of the tourist tax will be required. The apartment is located in the Garbatella area, full of all services and well connected by public transport. The Roma Ostiense station is 900 meters from the accommodation and the metro B Garbatella stop is a 4-minute walk away. The property thus becomes an excellent starting point for visiting the beauties of the Eternal City: easily reachable are the historic Testaccio district, known for the picturesque Testaccio local market; the Circus Maximus and the Imperial Forums. Among the main points of interest we point out: \- Circus Maximus: 15 minutes by public transport; \- Colosseum and Imperial Forums: 20 minutes by public transport; \- Trastevere: 26 minutes by public transport; \- Piazza di Spagna: 30 minutes by public transport; \- Piazza San Pietro and Vatican City: 47 minutes by public transport. \- Ristoro degli Angeli (Restaurant): 4 minutes by foot; \- Eden Caffè (Bar): 2 minutes walk; \- Carrefour Market (supermarket): 2 minutes walk. \- From Fiumicino Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking the train to the Roma Ostiense stop (8 stops), a 12-minute walk from the property. Alternatively, you can reach the apartment by car/taxi in about 30 minutes. \- From Rome Ciampino International Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking bus no. 720 to the Laurentina stop (21 stops), from where you can take the B1 metro line to the Garbatella stop (6 stops), a 5-minute walk from the property.
