This place looks nothing like the ads. Very bare minimal. AC did not work. WiFi is not available in your room. Very noisy outside in the street w homeless people talking loudly from 12am until 3am. No amenities .

Paola was very helpful at early check-in. She spoke excellent English. She let us leave our luggage so we could make our Vatican tour on time. She had graciously moved the luggage to our room once we returned from the tour around 6 p.m. The room was very clean, the AC and wifi worked well. The elevator up to the third floor check in was old and small but worked fine. A great little hotel to stay for a night before our cruise. Grazie per tutti, Paola!

Close to train station. Basic hotel but with nice touches like kettle and cups, fridge in room, toiletries. No breakfast though but lots of places to eat nearby. Staff were welcoming and very helpful. Left our luggage as we arrived resent. When we went to check in and collect our key, our luggage had been taken to our room and tidily stored. Would definitely stay here again as most monuments etc are within easy walking distance.

The room was very clean and staff was very friendly. I like the location. I made the reservation 30min before checking in. Online it only showed a room with bunk beds was available. At check in I asked if there was a room with a regular bed for my husband and I. I was told there is a room available but they couldn't give it to me because I needed to call beforehand... I would have paid the difference if needed but it seemed they didn't want to make adjustments with customer.

The staff was very helpful. The hotel has a great location near the train terminal, restaurants and a very walkable neighborhood. The room was clean and comfortable. However, there were problems flushing the toilet. Also, the room safe is not attached or bolted on the wall.

Room was very clean, and the receptionist was very accommodating. But the mattress was hard as a rock and I couldn’t sleep all night.. the hotel should invest in new mattresses because having a good nights sleep there was impossible.

I’m not difficult to please, but I was a little disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. I had heard it was one of the cheapest options available, but the lack of electricity for two consecutive nights was unbearable during the scorching summer. To make matters worse, their response was unprofessional. They offered to refund my stay, but then deleted all the WhatsApp messages they sent. It felt strange how they handled the situation. Overall, the hotel itself was okay, but the service and handling of the situation left me feeling dissatisfied

Upon check in the lady doing the check in was very welcoming and kind. The owner was present and complained about us paying the city tax by card. Be prepared with cash if possible. The room was clean. The bed was very uncomfortable and the shower was terrible. Very poor water pressure and the removable shower head no longer stayed up.

The check-in is on the third floor. There is an elevator, but when you have luggage and lots of people, it takes a while to get everything upstairs. Also, the room was incredibly small, and the beds were very uncomfortable. The bathroom had a odor about it. On the plus side, the room is extremely clean. Even in the bathroom, though there was a distinctive odor.

Toilets didn’t work. And we needed to keep the bathroom fan on the entire time. Beds were among the worst. WiFi was a problem at first, but we were able to resolve it.

There was a fire in the floor above us in the middle of the night. The whole floor was filled with smoke. Someone in another room woke everyone up, and when they tried to pull the fire alarm, it didn't work. After finding the source and telling us it's ok, they sent everyone back to their rooms but I left and found another hotel. No emergency services ever came. I was going to give them a one star review before this, so it's bad. Don't stay there.
