The apartment is on the 4th floor with lift (elevator). The apartment is located in a quiet area. Mar 7, 2015 #### ELEGANT APARTMENT NEAR THE VATICAN That a beautiful apartment in Rome! It is spacious, exceptionally clean, artistically decorated and very comfortable. We loved the gorgeous marble floors and the small terrace with a view of dome of St. Peter's Basilica. Emidio (the owner) was very helpful when we were inquiring about it and also very accommodating when we were there. He even helped to arrange for a taxi to the train station on our last day. The apartment is in a great location near both the bus and train stops, easy walking to a large grocery store and right below are restaurants, cafes, bakeries and a quick walk to the Vatican grounds. Emidio showed us the bus and metro stops and recommended that we get a pass for these which worked out very well.
