New and cozy apartment close the Basilica of S Giovanni in Laterano (Holy Door) and 2 km from Colosseum.
The most important monuments (COLOSSEUM, SPANISH STEP, TREVI FOUNTAIN) can be reached in 10/15 minutes with metro or bus.
-metro A "Re di Roma" is 200 mt. far
-the bus stop is in front of the house.
-easily reached from Termini Station, Tuscolana Station, Ciampino and Fiumicino Airport.
-If you travel with the car, no problem! This is no ZTL zone, possibility of parking in the places available in the nearby streets or in the fee garages of the area.

Virginia, die Gastgeberin bietet ein schönes kleines Apartment nahe des Zentrums an. Es ist sehr sauber und bietet alles, was man braucht. Virginia empfängt dich und gibt dir sehr viele wichtige Informationen für deinen Aufenthalt. Sie ist auch immer erreichbar und organisiert sogar den ein oder anderen Sitz in einem der nahegelegenen Restaurants, die im übrigen sehr gutes Essen für einen sehr moderaten Preis anbieten. Die Metro ist nur 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt und man erreicht somit sehr schnell alle Sehenswürdigkeiten. Für einen Trip nach Rom sehr zu empfehlen.

Thanks to Virginia, we had a wonderful time in Rome, an amazing city. We love our stay in the apartment. It is so comfortable and has everything we need. My 16-year-old and 11-year-old enjoyed their room. This 2-bedroom plus 1 x living room is very clean. The location is great. And the most important thing is that Virginia is the best. She went out of her to helped us tremendously. Thank you so much for everything, Virginia! P.S. If you travel from / to Rome Flumicino airport, Virginia showed us to take a train from the airport to Roma Tuscolana station, then a Uber to the apartment costs only 10 euro. Thanks to Virginia's recommendations, the grilled chickens, Dar Bruttone and Pompi's Tiramisu are so delicious. The apartment is about 7 minutes walk away from the metro station. There is also bus 85 just outside of the apartment.

Public transit was easily accessed, so we could get to all the sites, but also get away from the crowds when we went back to the apartment. Virginia was amazing and went out of her way to make sure our stay was enjoyable. The apartment had enough space for all of us to have some room.

Great Apartment Excellent Host

The apartment has all the amenities you need and the location is wonderful. The neighborhood has great restaurants, grocery store, gelato, the metro, etc. all within quick walking distance. The locals in these establishments were so kind to us. Virginia provides a very helpful information book in the apartment to guide you to destinations in the city center and the neighborhood. Virginia is amazing. She truly wants you to enjoy your time in Rome and is so helpful before and during the stay. She made dinner reservations for us and ensured we had a taxi at 3:30 in the morning for an early flight. It was a pleasure at the end of a sightseeing day to come “home” to her apartment. She is a star and will make sure you enjoy your stay. Thank you Virginia for everything!!

Absolute Perfection!

Virginia is the most wonderful host anyone could ask for and the apartment met and exceeded our every expectation! After a long, exhausting flight, Virginia met us at the property and was so cheerful and had so many helpful tips for us as to where to eat, how to navigate public transport, etc., that we felt instantly better! She told us not to hesitate to contact her with any further questions and you could tell she meant it. When we did have a question, she responded quickly and had answers at the ready! The location was perfect. My husband had business nearby and was able to walk to work. I was able to walk to all the major attractions, but did take the metro to the Vatican. I felt safe in walking alone, even when coming home at dusk. The shop keepers in the area are very friendly and patient with those of us not fluent in Italian. Almost all speak English. The area is not touristy, so we enjoyed wonderful meals and shopping in a less crowded, more relaxed environment. The apartment was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. We didn't cook in, but if you were so inclined, all the basics were there for you and there is a grocery store around the corner. We slept with our window open and noise was not an issue for either one of us. Virgina kept saying, "the holiday must be perfect", and she really is committed to making it so! Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer! We would love to come back and stay again!

This apartment is perfect in every way. Virginia welcomes you warmly and provides so much local information. The location is not in the city centre but transportation is very close (bus and metro). All within walking distance. Everything is provided to make your stay pleasant and enjoyable. Would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment for your Roman holiday.

Virginia is a TRUE SUPERHOSTESS

My wife and I traveled from Colorado, United States to Rome Italy for our first visit to Europe with the goal of fulfilling my 78-year-old father’s dream of seeing the historical sites of Pompeii, the Colosseum, and the Vatican. Needless to say, when we arrived, we were exhausted from the long flight and trip. Virginia was in constant communication with us through WhatsApp from our booking through departure. She reassured us every step of the way from the moment that she greeted us at curbside upon our arrival, until the last day when we left the keys on the table and closed the door. She was attentive to every detail. Virginia provided an information book that was EXCELLENT! It had information about restaurants, grocery stores, bus routes, subway routes, and breakfast/lunch/dinner. If we could give her 10 stars, we would! The apartment and linens were clean, coffee was provided, and everything we needed was available. Our expectations were fulfilled in every way! Thank you Virginia for making our visit to Roma fantastic!

I really enjoyed this apartment, very beautiful, clean and well equipped. Upon the chech-in Virginia explained how to get around the neighborhood and recommended where to eat. The metro and the bus stops are very close, but with a 2 km. walk I got to the Colosseum. 100% recommended👍

Amazing Apartment!

Our hostess Virginia was an AMAZING hostess! She far exceeded our expectations. Virginia was ULTRA organized in her orientation of her apartment and the neighborhood. She took a significant amount of time to explain the different modes of transportation as well as the schedules and locations of where to pick up and drop off. She left us a very neat and organized binder with any and all information we could possibly need, including great recommendations for food, coffee and gelato! The apartment was SUPER clean and lovely. She made herself available to us for anything we may need. In fact, we accidentally broke a key and she responded immediately with instructions for a replacement. She even made a dinner reservation for us as we do not speak Italian! We HIGHLY recommend her apartment!

Sehr empfehlenswerte Wohnung

Wir waren 2 Wochen in Rom und können die Wohnung nur empfehlen. Virginia ist eine sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Die Wohnung bietet viel Platz und ist gut ausgestattet. Das Wetter in Rom war kalt, aber die Wohnung war gut geheizt. Auch die Lage ist sehr gut. Man ist nicht mitten im Trubel, aber alles ist durch die nahe Metro und den Bus schnell erreichbar. In den umliegenden Restaurants haben wir ausnahmslos gut gegessen.
