Das Zimmer war super, sauber und die Lage sehr zentral. Bis zur Metro waren es nur 300m. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Die Kommunikation war hervorragend.

Schone kamer, behulpzaam over de whatsapp. We kregen tips voor restaurants en uitgebreide uitleg. Zeer ruime kamer en heerlijke douche. Zeer vriendelijk. Klein beetje gehorig. Alles werkt met codes en sleutelkluis.

Das Appartement hatte alles, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt benötigt, gute Anbindung und entspannter Check-In und Check-Out. Die Bettwäsche dürfte erneuert werden und auch das Bad war nicht so, wie es die Bilder vermuten lassen, insgesamt war die Sauberkeit nicht in Ordnung.

Room had a smell that can only be discribed as fecal matter. The room is smaller than photos suggest but if you only need somewhere to rest your head and wash then this will about do. Says breakfast included on website but then on arrival was informed there isn't. I wouldnt recommend this hotel as it has no view and cost for money there are alot better hotels to stay at.

A great room in a fab location. Fabiana had excellent communication and sent really helpful recommendations for places to eat. Draw backs were; the smell from the bathroom- really quite bad Water for the bath- had to boil the kettle to supplement ad the water was simply not hot enough Having to use the coffee machine in the reception- would have been much nicer to have one in the room Excellent base to explore all of the main areas of Rome on foot though with Vatican City a mere 10 minutes away

This was a pleasant stay! The room was clean but the bathroom did have a stinky smell so we had to keep the door closed to it and leave the window in the room open or it all started to smell a bit. Nice staff though and clean towels and fresh water every day! Very responsive. It was in a great location for walking and riding the bus around the bustling Rome city center.

There was no electricity for the first 5 hours of our stay so we were not able to charge our phones. Shower water was absolutely freezing as the boiler which warms up the water uses electricity. Even the morning after the electricity was off, the water was freezing, since the host had not turned on the boiler. These complications made the experience really bad and would like to receive some compensation for these inconveniences.

A little bit of false advertising with the photos and a little difficult to find. We could not find the wifi the first night and we were told that there would be no electricity the day of our arrival (not prior to arriving). No hot water, AC, or electricity (no elevator access) due to this. The hot water didn’t come back on when electricity came back. We enjoyed the quietness and the location and overall quick and efficient communication with the staff. Overall a get what you pay for property.

Wir waren 5 Nächte in diesem Apartment in Rom und können es absolut nicht weiterempfehlen. Schon beim Betreten riecht es im gesamten Apartment abartig unangenehm, im Zimmer war es etwas besser, aber im Bad stank es dauerhaft nach Abfluss. Die Sauberkeit im Bad ließ ebenfalls zu wünschen übrig. Das Bett war von miserabler Qualität: Der Lattenrost ist schon beim ersten Hinlegen auseinandergefallen, die Latten sind sofort aus der Halterung gerutscht. Nachdem wir sie selbst wieder eingesetzt haben, passierte das Ganze nach kurzer Zeit erneut. Auf Nachfrage konnten wir am ersten Abend in ein anderes Zimmer umziehen, das deutlich besser war – leider mussten wir wieder zurück. Immerhin wurde der Lattenrost dann repariert und hielt für den Rest des Aufenthaltes. Das schnelle Reagieren ist der einzige positive Punkt. Die Rezeption war nie besetzt, der Kontakt lief ausschließlich über WhatsApp. Insgesamt leider eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung.

Liked the simplicity of the room. Modern, and good facilities. Nice area. Bit of a walk from the city but good for exploring. Nice places to eat and drink in surrounding area. Easy to come and go. Good communication from Staff. Bit of a drain small in the bathroom, but room well air conditioned for hot days. Very comfortable also. Thoroughly enjoyed.
