Arrived at the location at 1310\. The contact person would not respond to our buzzer. Gained access through the security doors and knocked on all the doors, spoke with one resident, no one knew anything about this VRBO. Sat in hallway for 45 minutes, no one was around. Went up the street to attempt contact with owner, took another hour to get online with our VRBO account. Finally contacted owner, he gave 4 different reasons why the contact person was not there. Finally said she was there, walked down and rang buzzer for 5 minutes, no response. Gave up and booked a hotel room as we had been awake for 24 hours flying from the USA. She was helpful and informative. The location couldn’t be beat, it’s right next to the colosseum and the metro stop. We would highly recommend staying here. ##### Amy P. Ma, casomai fosse necessario, le decisioni le deve prendere il proprietario e non un incaricato. Eviterete di perdere una giornata in attesa che qualcuno arrivi a risolvere un eventuale problema.
