This place was amazing for our family of four! But could easy host three couples comfortably. There is way too much to do in such close proximity. One you learn your way around you see that your close to EVERYTHING! We probably didn’t need a place this nice for our 3 night stay in Rome, but it was our favorite by far of all the places we stayed. I’m so glad we did! The 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms gave us the space we needed after a long day of exploring! Everyone could freshen up before dinner without tripping over each other. There was such a cool old school Roma vibe, with all the modern touches!The ability to run a load of laundry was a huge plus. The host communication was great, including some ‘local’ recommendations that we were glad we didn't miss. That snack basket was greatly appreciated!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and a beautiful retreat located close to many historical landmarks. Pizza, gelato, groceries, bookshops/winebars, and luggage storage are just steps away. The apartment is easy to locate and Mahi let us in and gave us 2 sets of keys. The beds and furniture are comfortable and lighting design highlights the architectural details while also being very functional. The kitchen and bathroom amenities and supplies are very high quality. The first evening we had a problem with an interior door lock and Alessandro scheduled a repair the very next day at our convenience. He is very responsive and also recommended some neighborhood restaurants that we enjoyed. I hope to return to Rome again and stay in this 5-star apartment.

The location is great and can walk to all points of interest and is very quiet. Place is good size and nice living and dining area. Host was very responsive and addressed any concerns quickly. Laundry was useful during our stay.

Our stay at Le Colonne Luxury Home was absolutely perfect for our family of six visiting Rome for the first time from the USA. Alessandro was an exceptional host—he welcomed us with an early 11 a.m. check‑in after our overnight flight, shared a fantastic list of his favorite local restaurants, promptly provided extra toiletries when we needed them, and even arranged to have a forgotten sweater shipped back to us in the States. His kindness truly went above and beyond.The home itself was spacious, spotless, and full of character. The exposed brick and wooden beams beautifully showcased the building’s history. We also appreciated the convenience of the two‑in‑one washer/dryer, which made packing lighter so much easier. Alessandro stocked the home with complimentary local treats and wine, a thoughtful touch that made us feel instantly welcome.The location couldn’t have been better—an easy walk to many of Rome’s iconic sites (Pantheon in 7 minutes, Trevi Fountain in 13, Colosseum in 20, Vatican in about 30), with endless cafés, restaurants, and gelato shops all around.We would happily stay here again on our next trip to Rome.

Location is perfect, so close to many historical sites. Although it is centered directly in the middle of a busy city neighborhood...it was very quiet. Host communicated with us through multiple channels. Our travel plans had a few hiccups and delays but the host was able to accomodate our crazy schedule.The apartment is absolutely beautiful and spacious by EU standards. Almost everything is provided by the host except for paper towels/napkins for eating and hand wash towels in the bathroom (larger towels are provided).There are several stairs to go up to the apartment but remember thats Rome...stairs everywhere :-).Highly recommend staying here!

This stay has been incredible.. fantastic welcome, left us wine, milk, coffee, snacks .. so many free goodies.. the apartment was beautifully designed, very quiet, so many beautiful soaps etc… every detail was thought about. Everything about our stay at Le Colonne was perfetto for our family. Communication with Alessandro, our host, was excellent from start to finish. He clearly and promptly shared check-in and check-out details as well as great local recommendations via text, which made everything so easy.The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location — we walked everywhere. Alessandro was also incredibly accommodating, allowing us to drop off our bags early on check-in day and store them at the property until later in the afternoon on check-out day.We would absolutely return and highly recommend this VRBO to others.

The host was welcoming and very responsive and helpful during our entire stay. The apartment is very nice, comfortable and spacious. It was perfect for us with our 3 teenagers. The location was wonderful, close to several tourist locations, shopping, and restaurants. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable, and clean. We appreciated the extra help getting our luggage up the stairs. Communication from the host was excellent. Would love to stay here again!

The apartment was well stocked with everything you could need (could have used a few more coffee pods though). It was clean and inviting, close to many of the key Rome sights. Though we did not have an opportunity to meet Alessandra, she sent someone to meet us and help us check-in. Communication with him could have been better toward the end of our trip when we tried to reach out to him inquiring about transportation to the airport given the general strike, which was taking place. Otherwise, great stay!
