The location of this apartment is excellent. It is very close to all classic sightseeing spots, one can walk everywhere and restaurants and shops are plentiful. At the same time the place is quiet for sleeping. Unfortunately our start in the place was rather rocky due to the management company being not helpful and in their response outright rude. We booked this apartment for 5 nights with 4 adults. On arrival we were provided with only one set of keys. Since we had one adult with health challenges who was going to need frequent breaks, I asked the management company for a second set of keys. Their response was "I should have requested this with booking" and "nobody has ever asked for second set of keys". I think the way they responded to my very reasonable request (I have never stayed in a place where 4 adults had to share one set of keys) was almost worse than the fact of having only one key. Their response was highly dismissive and rude. We organized it somehow between the 4 of us to have only 1 set of keys, but there were many times when we had to make unnecessary trips back to the apartment to let someone in or get the keys from someone who wanted to go to bed earlier. My advise for future renters is, if you travel with adults who will tour Rome at times independently, verify that you could get a second set of keys to avoid endless coordination with your co-travelers.

Beautiful Location in Historic Downtown Rome

This ideal location and quaint property was a highlight of our stay in Rome. The property manager was very helpful, and the property is within walking distance to quaint alleyways, cafes, and historic sights. Loved it!

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay at Sunny Navona Square. The location was perfect and the checkin and check out process was smooth. Although the living area and kitchenette is a bit cramped, the primary bedroom and the loft are spacious and make up for it. You have everything you need to enjoy your stay and explore Rome.

Cozy Rome hideaway

Just around the corner from Piazza Navona and up 4 flights (or take the tiny elevator), this was a charming and quiet apartment. Efficient kitchen, clean bathroom, very friendly staff.

Couldn't have picked a better location. The flat was clean and comfortable. AC was nice on a very hot trip. Bathroom a bit small, but not a big problem. Perfect for a small group looking to explore Rome.

This apartment was fabulous! Full of character and charm- I loved opening the windows in the late afternoon to hear the church bells ringing and the buzz of rhe city.The beds were comfy and the amenties great. For us, the very best part of this apartment was its amazing location. Walking distance from so many landmarks! The host was also very accommodating to our check-in needs which was greatly appreciated. I can't wait for a return visit to Rome! I would stay here again in a heartbeat. I travelled to Italy with my two young adult kids- we visited Milan, Lake Como, Tuscany, Venice and Florence. Of all the places we stayed, this apartment was our absolute favorite. I highly recommend it!

Nice overall stay at a perfect location near 3 major spots. Bathroom a bit small but everything was clean. Air conditioning worked very well. Payment processes a little difficult but overall, a good experience.

Wonderful apartment

The apartment is lovely. Perfectly situated, walking distance to all the main sights. Lots of restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk. Communication was excellent from the booking process, check in was efficient and everything was clearly explained. Airport transfers were also arranged which were perfect, waiting when we arrived at the airport and when leaving on the day we left. The apartment has everything you would need and was spotless when we arrived, beds were very comfy after long days walking around the city.
