“Excellent staff and room ”

“I'm used to 3 star hotels. This hotel is truly 4 star. The cleanliness, the staff and our very affordable ocean view suite with spectacular views of Mt. Etna, the Straits of Messina, and sunsets was wonderful. The robes and slippers is a nice perk. The hotel location is a few minutes walk to the high speed ferry to Messina, Sicily and a few minutes walk to the Lido train station. The hotel is convenient to the Lungomare waterfront and the famous Archeological Museum as well as several art……

“This was a very nice room. It was a very small space… so for two people 2 nights was good. If you wanted to stay in the area longer you would want to find a bigger space. The location was great… right in between the water and shopping! There were plenty of restaurants to choose from near. With any city there is a lot of noise. This room only had one glass door… no outer panel for privacy or to muffle noise so bring ear plugs. (7:30am street sweeper) we loved Reggio Calabria… it was very clean……

“The folks who work here are the best- friendly and helpful without being hovering. I had a great stay over the holidays and was really charmed by the town and the location of the hotel- right across from the water where locals go to fish even in December! The view is amazing from my window and while I can see that the parking situation would be chaotic in peak time, since it is low season- it was not an issue. Highly recommend for a stay in Milazzo or as a home base for Sicily exploration! ”

“Stanza non corrispondente a quella prenotata da Expedia(avevo prenotato una deluxe e mi è stata data una stanza priva di bidet), camera poco pulita( nel letto ho trovato diversi peli) colazione scadente. Molto buona la posizione. ”

“La atención de Cristina fue excelente, desde el seguimiento en WhatsApp, abrir el portón del estacionamiento en cuanto llegamos, amabilidad, etc. Habitación renovada recientemente, muy limpia y amplia. Regadera grande, lo que agradecemos quienes venimos del continente Americano. Muy cerca del embarcadero Caronte, si vas a cruzar el Estrecho ”

“Nel complesso esperienza molto positiva. Ho trovato il letto un pò scomodo (ma quello è più un mio problema, sono molto esigente sui materassi. Molto pulito, in bagno gli asciugamani profumavano! Un pò bassino il lavandino.. Ma anche lì magari ero io un pò troppo alta. Ha il parcheggio interno, abbiamo fatto un ottima colazione e siamo stati serviti bene con molta gentilezza ed educazione! ”

“There was no breakfast , there was no hot water at all I let it run for a while but it never warmed The host was fine but no available It was clean , near the ferry and near some restaurants No shower was a big disappointment since we have been traveling for weeks ”
