“Shelwyn was awesome to deal with. He responded ASAP when we had a question about the shower. Was upfront and helpful. He was in his house on the property but gave us our privacy. The last day of our stay he said take your time getting out because he didn’t have another booking following us. Worked out great as we were moving onto a bigger spot with the rest of our family on Saturday but couldn’t check in until 4. Thank you Shelwyn for everything and being so easy to deal with- we will be back !!”

“Came to visit our daughter at college, and brought our dog with us. Love that we could do that! Great location and beautiful outdoor spaces. Some great things about the cottage that we didn't even see in the description: - Very close to rail trail - nice walk to Taughannock Falls about 5.5 miles round trip - Heated floor in the bathroom! - Gas fireplace comes on automatically based on temp setting - very cozy!”

The home was clean, beautifully decorated, and the snacks and bottle of wine were a welcoming touch! Their recommendation of Water Street Cafe for breakfast was spot on. “We were in town for one night for dinner and drinks with friends. We wanted to be within walking distance from a few restaurants and this place was perfect. Easy check-in process. Place was very clean and roomy for our party of 6 adults. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 of which had additional beds in them, if you were sharing the space with a couple of families that had children.
