“Notre séjour a été au delà de nos attentes. Dès notre arrivée, avant même la remise des clés, nous avons été accueillis avec égard (une serviette pour nous nettoyer les mains, un rafraîchissement). Ensuite, le personnel tout au long du séjour a été très serviable, souriant et nous a même aidé par rapport à une excursion que nous avions pris en dehors de l’hôtel. Nous avons vraiment senti la différence par rapport au service français. Je connaissais déjà Lanzarote pour l’avoir visité 2 fois et……

“The room was very clean and as described - the kitchen included all the things you need for a shortish stay, we were able to cook dinner when we wanted to. Site lovely and quiet - out of town but with easy access to a bus route or the beachfront walkway. The beds are very hard - it's put me off ever having a memory foam mattress! Although there are safe's in the room, you have to pay rental for a key to use them (it's the same rule for the air conditioning remotes) which seems a bit much when……

“Great hotel, we booked the Prestige package, which was very much worth it, daily free spa access, unlimited bottled water and access to the restaurants (as a substitute for the buffet dinner). Two comments: 1. The tennis rackets are in very poor condition, so bring your own if you want to play 2. The late check out (which is included in the Prestige package depending availability) was a bit cumbersome to get arranged, we ended up having to talk to the hotel manager to use this benefit, but in……
