“Selina was wonderful! She gave us a ride to our room a mile up hill and picked us up in the morning! The other guy at the desk said they didn’t have a shuttle and told us to go online to find our room. The pool closed at 6pm disappointing. Food was great. Just don’t try bringing your family of 28 on a Wednesday evening. They laughed at us!”

“Clean and comfortable. Beautiful bay. Very quiet. Good internet once you signed into the network. Check-in would have been just fine (the communication was good to ensure contact with the virtual front desk, in a spotty internet area) but I don’t believe our keypad was programmed correctly. Fortunately, a maintenance guy just happened to be in the building and was able to correct the problem. ”

“The value for the price was acceptable. View was outstanding! Staff came and addressed a concern immediately. Bed was comfortable with nice linens and towels. The room is generally old and tired. Musty smell. It was not cleaned well. Carpet needs replacing and has lots of stains (don't want to go barefoot). Curtains are in disrepair. The shower has mold in the calk and grout and on the ceiling. Nice adds would be places by the bed to plug phones into, hooks for coats (it rains on Orcas and this……

“The unit was fine, no issues. Location was fine. Excellent view. We did not realize that it was off-season and that everything nearby was closed until Memorial Day. The resort was essentially shutdown, so there were no amenities available. Considering this, we felt that the price for this unit was too high. ”
