Recently updated, quiet & clean 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath cottage A short drive to South Higgins Lake State Park means you are close to beaches, boat launches, picnic areas, playgrounds and hiking trails. Hundreds of miles of ORV trails are just around the corner. You can actually ride all the way to Mackinaw! Large front porch provides a nice sitting area to enjoy your morning coffee with a peace that is true "up north". Approximately 15 minutes to all Houghton Lake has to offer and 15 minutes to Roscommon center. Close to bars and restaurants.
2 queen beds and a sofa (not a pull out) accommodates 5 guests.

Perfect lil getaway
The property and owner was exactly as the reviews stated. It was a perfect place to come back and relax after a long day on the ORV trails with our jeeps. We will def be back when we visit the area again.
