With a living space of 105 m² and an outdoor area of 60 m², this house is cozy and very bright, offering panoramic views of the sea and the mountains. Located a few meters from the impressive Cap de Creus Natural Park, and just a few minutes by car from the city center of Roses and its sandy beaches, this property is located in a privileged environment to enjoy nature and the sea. The house has a private garden, outdoor furniture, a fenced plot, a large terrace and a barbecue to enjoy meals outdoors. In addition, it offers the luxury of a private swimming pool and outdoor parking spaces in the same building.
