“I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. I booked and prepaid a room for 3 guests through Expedia, but when we arrived, the front desk told us that only 2 people were allowed in the room and demanded an additional charge for the third guest. This policy was not clearly disclosed during the booking process. What made the experience even more frustrating was that this happened during graduation weekend, when nearly every hotel in town was fully booked. Because there were very few……

“The large TV was nice, but the remote was filthy. The room decor (carpet, window treatment, bed etc) were updated, but upon arrival the refrigerator wasn't working and no hooks or rods throughout the room for towels and clothes. The desk chair was uncomfortable, otherwise a satisfactory stay.”

“This stay was just okay. The elevator was small, we could barely get the luggage cart in and fit us too. The elevator door shut very quickly. It wasn't super clean, but the location was good since it was right off the highway. Probably wouldn't stay again, as there are other hotels in the area.”

“This is not your typical hotel stay, so when I say everything was well maintained, service was good, etc, it accounts for the fact it is a very old home with some original or era appropriate things (such as old doornobs which my daughter commented on), and that it is a true B&B so it is their home and they have lives and it is not a standard hotel setting (they had a hair dryer, just not in every bathroom). “We were unable to find the opening to the building, walked all around there were two doors and stated that they were not to be opened. I fell tripping over the uneven sidewalk. I would have given this one star except I went next door to Best Western Hotel and found out they were the owners. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.”
