“The property was clean, safe, & very accommodating to us staying with our diabetic pug. The staff were beyond friendly and compassionate! Kudos to the maintenance man that helped my husband clean up broken glass that fell out of our car when he opened the back hatch. The breakfast was good. We only stopped for the night because traveling with a diabetic dog from Houston, Texas to Kalamazoo, Michigan is just not great. We had to have a nice cool place for our dog to heat as it was 100+ degrees……
“Arrived with no room on reserved available, the receptionist were kind and helpful to find another room. Room had dead water bugs in it...due to late find and limited rooms I decided to stay in the room. I wont be back at this point.”
