"The whole property was in serious need of refurbishing although the bathroom was clean with a new walk-in shower the bed linen and towels were clean the carpet was dirty breakfast was poor I only had a bowl of cereal and toast the few staff I dealt with were very pleasant it’s a shame it could be a very nice hotel the area in which it is situated is pleasant "

There is also a large garden centre very near. There was plently of parking at the property and the bedroom was huge. Very good place to stay."
