“We loved being out in the beautiful countryside in this sweet croft cottage. Our host was lovely and made sure we had everything we needed. “Building is in disarray, with things left all over the place. No one was at the front desk. Towels were not changed and our room was not refreshed for our second night. I planned to use my credit card but was told the machine wasn’t working and I had to pay cash, but wasn’t given a receipt. (I was finally emailed a receipt a day later, after I insisted on one.) I never did received the change from my cash payment. It was all quite strange.”
