“Clean room, newer building, excellent staff, good WiFi, good food. Excellent duty manager Akash. We were greeted with their cultural hat and scarf. He made sure we were taken good care. We were sent off with great care as well. A must stay hotel in Shimla. ”

“The front desk was super gracious polite and helpful. They even gave free upgrade because bathroom of Scottish villa room wasn’t pristine clean. The property is very elegant for nature lover wanting peace and getaway from city crowd but still being inside the city. ”

“No heater, no carpet or slippers for cold floors, no proper toiletries just soap, blanket with women's hair, uncleaned kettle, no wifi password given, other than being on prime location this is one of the worst hotel i have ever stayed as per the amount paid. The manager making excuses of no electricity during 2PM everyday on checkin time and asking guests to cancel so that they can rent rooms on higher price to other guests during peak crowd. This hotel should be 1 star nothing more.”
