The Space:

The Neighborhood:

Glenholme is a quiet, residential suburb just south of the Rotorua CBD - a friendly mix of families and retirees, with parks and walking tracks within strolling distance. You're a 5-minute drive from the city centre, Polynesian Spa and the lakefront, and around 8 to 12 minutes from the Redwoods, Skyline Gondola and the Whakarewarewa thermal area. It's a handy, central base for exploring everything Rotorua has to offer.



Getting Around:

Most of Rotorua is within about 10 minutes. By car, Te Puia and the city centre are 3 to 4 minutes away, Polynesian Spa and the lakefront around 5, the Redwoods about 8, and Rotorua Airport, Skyline and Zorb roughly 11 to 12. There's free off-street parking in the double garage and on the street, and buses run through Glenholme.



Other Things to Note:

The private spa pool, BBQ and sunken fire pit are all out the back, alongside the fenced lawn. Heat pumps in every bedroom and the living area keep things comfortable year-round, and self check-in via the key safe makes arrival easy. WIFI runs at around 299 Mbps.
