“8 of us stayed at the Chateau for one week. It is a lovely location, with a short drive to Saumur. The house and gardens are lovely, with a homely feel (you feel like you are staying in someone's home - we loved it). The views from the terrace are fantastic. The house is well equipped, with everything we needed in the kitchen, plus a barbecue. There was plenty of space for us all. The host Julie was lovely - she contacted me well before we arrived, and then was in regular communication……

“We were delighted with the ease of communication with Florence who had done a rapid turnaround from the previous clients and was willing to meet us in person had we needed help with anything. The kitchen was great, it had everything we needed and apart from a couple of drawers which had some crumbs and debris in them from previous guests, that had been overlooked in the cleaning process prior to our arrival, the kitchen was perfect. A few things were rather well-worn so we bought a couple of……

“Wer schon immer mal in einem Schloss leben wollte, ich kann diese Erfahrung nur empfehlen.Die Unterkunft war riesig und sehr hübsch. Das man das Schloss selber erkunden konnte war auch sehr spannend. Glücklichere waren wir genau da als es die Lichternacht mit Kerzen und Artisten gab. Es war ein toller Urlaub und in der Umgebung gab es noch viele ander Schlösser zu sehen.”
