"Property was perfect for our family/friends side by side trip. There was so much to do at the property! (swim, fish, kayak, paddle board, canoe, game room, and hot tub) Trails were really close by and made for great time riding the rigs everyday. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! "

"The little cabin was so cute, well maintained and offered everything for cooking. The outdoor dining and grill area is perfect. Check in was as easy as driving in and parking. We arrived when it was very hot but all the windows opened to a wonderful lake breeze. There was good fishing right off the dock and plenty of lake to explore with the kayaks. Not too far into town we found a public beach for swimming, a place to rent a boat and a bar with tasty walleye and ribs. As an added bonus there was BINGO. "

"This is our sixth summer at the cabin. It has become our happy place - hanging out in the sleeping porch elevated in the trees, reading and napping the lazy days away, going kayaking whenever the mood strikes, and hearing the loons at night. If you want to get away from the pressures of life, this is the cabin for you. We will be back once again next summer."

"Very quiet, peaceful and relaxing! Super cute, clean and we appreciated the A/C. We loved the location of this cabin to the Spooner rodeo activities. The screened in porch was fabulous!!"
"This was our 2nd stay in this cabin. It was exceptional once again. Very clean, well stocked, comfortable. We enjoyed the Loon family that swam nearby. The sunsets were amazing!"

"Julie is a great host. This is my third year of coming here with my two brothers. We spend the week fishing, bouncing between Hemlock and Red Cedar Lake. Although a small/cozy cabin, it works for my brothers and I. We hope to continue meeting up there for our annual fishing trip!"

"To get to the property we traveled on a gravel, but well maintained road. About 40 geese greeted us - running from the backyard to the lake! What a fun sight to see. Later we saw deer in multiple places and sat on the pier by the lake. The large lawn was freshly trimmed/ mowed. Indoor and outdoor games were available. Fully furnished kitchen and bath.The only issue we had was that the AC/heat units were not functioning due to a mechanical issue requiring a service call. They said we could bring down the upstairs unit (which we didn't feel comfortable doing on our own) and also offered go and buy another one. The hot weather cooled down, so we were ok with it not functioning.We would defiantly recommend this spot if you are wanting peace and tranquility. A great place for a family gathering."
