Perfect for couples, small families, or friends, the home sleeps up to 6 guests with 2 queen beds and a pull-out sofa. Enjoy a cozy fire in the backyard or whip up meals in the well-stocked kitchen. Just note: there's one bathroom and no TVs in the bedrooms. Whether you’re exploring antiques, savoring great food, or soaking in small-town charm, this is your ideal Round Top getaway! The Space: 2 Bedrooms | 1 Bathroom | Sleeps 6 BEDROOMS \- Primary: Downstairs queen bed, private with door \- Bedroom 2: Upstairs queen bed, not fully private- no bedroom door and is adjacent with loft \- Living Room: Pull-out Queen-sized sleeper sofa \- No Blackout curtains or room darkening blinds in rooms or living room \- No TVs in bedrooms BATHROOM \- Primary Bath: walk-in shower + single vanity \- Shampoo, conditioner, body/hand soap, fluffy towels and hair dryer provided in each bathroom \- Please note if booking for 6 people there is only one bathroom! Other Things to Note: \- Pre-arrival form & rental agreement: we do ask for a copy of your ID as part of our guest screening process after the reservation is confirmed. You will also be asked to sign a rental agreement. \- For liability and security purposes, there are external cameras at the front of the house. There are NO inside cameras. Hosts may monitor external cameras at any time via a smartphone app, and cameras are not to be tampered with or covered. \- When you stay with HOSTIE Vacation Rentals, you are covered for any accidents that might happen up to $3000 with the added fee of $59 in your total. Coverage details are spelled out in your rental agreement.
