"Great property with 2 swimming pools with amazing view over the port. 20 minutes walk from the centre of Antibes old town. Both pools great sizes and view from rooftop pool amazing. Great to have an apartment and a small supermarket and boulangerie less than 5 minutes walk. Only point if you are going to cook maybe bring drying up cloth and a small washing up liquid or you have to buy at the supermarket. "

"We had a very nice stay at the property. The staff was helpful and courteous. Location- excellent! In the heart of the city, still quiet at night. As other people have mentioned, it would be helpful to have beach towels available and towel change, as well as a cleaning service at least every 3 days, but we have done our research so it was not be a disturbance. "I booked for 2 people and they seemed surprised. They only provided one key which made all the planning extremely inconvenient as I had to attend a conference while my girlfriend was sightseeing. Very disappointed that they didn' have a second key."

"Old facilities and fittings. Everything worked but it is all a bit tired. The mattress is surprisingly unsupportive but the water is hot and the bath is bigger than in most hotels. Perfectly situated if you have to go to court or if you want to take the train to Cannes "

No internet access in room, TV didn’t work, no linens, towels toilet paper, etc. Bring your own or pay for use of their linens, towels and hope the market is open for food and other needs. Parking? Yes, but a 200-meter hike with bags. "

"Villeneuve Loubet is a short train journey outside Nice, pleasant enough, not a ‘resort’ (which is good!) I wouldn’t have been so keen to stay here on my own as it’s a way out of town, but a great budget stay for the two of us! "

"Renovated hotel in the middle of Antibes town, 12 min to the beach, 18 min to the old town. We loved the hotel a lot, we had a suit with the terrace with an amazing view! Not a lot of shops or restaurants in the immediate area but not easy walk to a big variety in the Juan-les-Pins. Overall we would recommend this hotel to for and family and would definitely stay again if in the area! "

"Superb staff. Great place to stay. There is a bus in to Antibes and Nice. A Carrefour supermarket nearby also. To add in a McDonald's and Burger King if you wish. The Hotel has a swimming pool and Gym. There is so much to do in the area that we used it as a base mainly to spend time at Antibes old Town, Nice and Monaco. Great experience one to do. Great and friendly people."
