"Amazing service, spotless room excellent location"

"After booking an initial two nights we decided to book two more due to the friendliness, service and comfort provided by this hidden gem of an accomodation. We will definitely return 😊"

"This is an amazing hotel, my second time staying here. The breakfast is delicious and the view from the rooftop restaurant is out of this world. The spa is beautiful and the gym is great as well. I’ll definitely be back ☺️"

"Clean and convenient. Goodnrice."

"The room was very clean and nice with a nice over sea and pool view"

"Pretty nice hotel for the price !"

"Honestly couldn't fault it! It exceeded our expectations due to the low price we paid. Lovely sea and garden view, staff where all excellent, 5 minute walk downhill to the gorgeous Juan Les Pins, 7 mins back, 20 mins walk to old Antibes town. Stunning location and would 100% stay again."

"Good vacation spot"

"La résidence est un peu « vintage » mais propre et très calme. Il manque juste un bar avec petite restauration. Le gérant sur place est très sympathique et le personnel d’entretien également. Apparemment, la résidence devrait être rénovée début 2027 donc à refaire dans le futur."

"This is a great hotel in a beautiful location. The apartment was big and well equipped. The receptionist and the manager were friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We had a problem with train reservations. They helped and did not give up until it was sorted."

"Great hotel, location, pool and parking"

"Très bel accueil. Appartement spacieux et confortable. Tout était top"

"Very nice place, great staff very helpful, but rooms are so tight "

"The room was clean and family-friendly. Conveniently located in the beach area and plenty of stores."

"Very nice location close to many restaurants"

"A somewhat worn down resort, 2 small pools no other shared facilities. Some cafés, restaurants and a good grocery store very close by though. Also very close to swimming lake (Lac de Saint-Cassien, recommended), Cannes, the Riviera etc. A holiday home - not suitable for short stays due to cleaning costs and not so flexible check-in hours. Check-in after 19 possible, but has to be arranged. Staff didn't speak English on the phone - code exchange was difficult. Read the fine print - Hotels.com...
