### Apartment in Rovinj with Balcony, Air condition, WIFI, Washing machine (3482-2)

This modern holiday apartment in a beautiful villa near Rovinj offers space for up to 8 people and is ideal for families or groups seeking comfort and tranquillity. The apartment features three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a living and dining area, and a 16 m² balcony with a parasol – perfect for shared outdoor meals. Air conditioning, heating, satellite TV and free WiFi ensure an all-round pleasant stay. Pets are welcome, and a baby cot can be provided upon request.   
  
The villa is located only 500 m from Kuvi beach and near the Zlatni rt (Punta Corrente) Nature Park, ideal for walks and bike tours in a scenic environment. Restaurants, supermarkets and the city centre of Rovinj are conveniently accessible. The region also offers diverse leisure activities such as water sports, boat trips, diving, kayaking and high ropes courses.   
  
This holiday apartment combines modern comfort with a prime location, just a few steps from the beach, and offers the perfect base for a relaxing and varied holiday on the Istrian coast.
