"Everything was exactly as advertized. I can not say too much about how great our host was! They were extremely responsive and even came over to help us with the TV on the same day as they were heading out of town! We enjoyed how close the house is to everything and how cosy the house itself is. You really can't go wrong with this house!"

"My mother and I took a girls’ trip to Natchez. Natchez Charm was perfect! We were not able to get out much due to my mother’s health, so having such a beautiful and safe place to stay was important. We loved the style, the comfy bed, and even the smell of the linens. 5 Star! We will definitely visit again!"

"The property was perfect for what we needed. First time visit to Natchez so close to all the sights we were going to see. Several great restaurants within walking distance. Richard was a great host. Responded very quickly to any question. The place was very clean and well stocked with lots of extras. The a/c worked great. The only disadvantage was the stairs for 3 older women carrying luggage but we managed. Would stay there again."

It is so comfortable, has plenty of room, and porch off the side is an added bonus, especially while listening to the rain. The large backyard is beautiful and the house is well stocked. "Sweet Aunties cottage was absolutely fantastic. End of street was so quiet and peaceful. Cottage was perfect for a couple. Everything was clean and inviting. "Loved the place and will stay there again. Everything you need is there. Convenient location. Only suggestion is there needs to be a curtain on the window in the back bedroom. People going up and down the stairs can see into that room. Lack of privacy issue. The living room has that problem also with the apartments across the street. That issue should be fixed."
