Spacious open plan self catering Studio Apartment which is attached/part of the owners main home.

In the quiet village of Roy Bridge, we are located on the picturesque road leading to Glen Roy and the historic Parallel Roads. Thoughtfully furnished and equipped with everything to make your stay comfortable, cosy and enjoyable. This is a lovely location for a couple to visit and explore what Lochaber has to offer.

There is parking on a private drive and an independent entrance so the Studio Apartment is self contained and private. There are no shared rooms/facilities. With views of the garden and fields from the apartment and mountain views from the front of the property, it is in a very picturesque position.
Access to the property is with a self check in key lock box, so you are able to check in and out at your leisure.

On entry you walk in to a light and welcoming open plan space with fully fitted kitchen, bedroom area with king size bed and bedroom furniture, a modern en-suite shower room and a relaxing seating area with both a two seater sofa and a dining table with two chairs.
There is wi-fi and a TV with freeview channels.

The kitchen is very well equipped with fridge, oven/hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and an ample amount of plates bowls, cutlery, glasses, cooking equipment/utensils.

The comfortable king size bed is made up with fresh bed linen ready for your arrival. There is plenty of storage for clothes in the wardrobe, chest of drawers two bedside tables, while there is space for jackets and boots in the cupboard by the door which stores the hoover, ironing board and an iron.

Our fresh and modern ensuite bathroom has a heated towel rail
full walk in shower with electric shower, WC and wash hand basin over a vanity unit. Bath towels, hand towels and bath mat are provided with small essentials like extra toilet roll and hand wash.

With so much to see and do in the local area this is a great base for exploring the Highlands or a perfect stop gap for travelling north to The Isle of Skye or Inverness and beyond.
We are 12 miles north of Fort William and only a 10 mins drive to the Skiing at the Nevis Range. Within an hours drive you can reach the white sandy beaches at Arisaig or have a seafood lunch in Mallaig, stopping to see the Caledonian Canal & the Glenfinnan Viaduct and monument on the way. The Cairngorms, Loch Ness, Loch Laggan or a train ride to the remote Corrour… all offer more beautiful locations and are all close at hand ready to explore.
