"We were evacuated due to vaping. Tho was notbtold at the time . Staff was ill prepared , running around panicking. . We had unclear directions and made to figure out on our on . Then they were unable to turn off alarm properly as it we heard the alarm every few hrs disrupting sleep. All should be retrained and customers giving credit for a stay. "
