We needed a large place because we were from NJ and had family from Florida meeting us there so we were a party of 7, but the house was large enough to accommodate 16 of us and there was plenty of room for our Easter dinner. We did encounter a few issues but Tom and Cynthia were on top of it. The dishwasher broke and they fixed it within hours. We did have some issues with hot water but again they did everything they could to resolve it. The house was very nice and I do recommend it. This is a beautiful property, with plenty of privacy. We were in town for a funeral. We were able to host family afterward, cook burgers, play ping pong, and pool. Swimming pool was a definite plus. Plenty of room for a large family gathering with games downstairs for all to enjoy.
